He is originally from Croatia, the heartland of European football.
His coaching experience is vast, including serving as the Head Coach of the Youth Team for Hajduk Split, a powerhouse in the Croatian League, and working as a Camp Coach for FC Barcelona. He also has coaching experience in various countries, including the USA, Taiwan, and China.
Leveraging his experience and knowledge, he provides advice on cutting-edge tactics and training methods.
When he visits Japan, he actively participates in coaching sessions.
