FC Reale’s mission is to share and cultivate the awareness and values of compassion through the game of football.
Football is a team sport, yet it also contains individual competition within the team. Players mix with the opposing side, reading and responding to each other — it is not a sport of ‘competing’ but of ‘fighting.’
This structure closely reflects life itself. That is why we chose football as Reale World’s primary tool for human development.
Football is synonymous with life! Through soccer, FC Reale creates the 'environment' and the 'opportunity' for individuals to take action toward their dreams and cultivate the 'power to carve out their own future.

Every morning, we provide training sessions for elementary and junior high school students, designed to help each individual football player grow. Furthermore, we offer guidance aimed at helping them become individuals who can think about others, not just themselves.
Much of the organization's activities are supported by donations from the certified NPO REALE WORLD's monthly supporters .
Despite being non profit org, we provide employment to number of peoples.
We clean public places, temples and other associated deparments.
We conduct quality & motivation sessions every month.
REALE WORLD, a certified NPO , has introduced a monthly supporter system.
Many of FC Reale’s activities are funded by donations from supporters.
People who have been supported by someone’s donation will then donate to help someone else.
With this “pay it forward” spirit, we are expanding the circle of support.

| 2004 | Opening of the fair trade shop “LOLO SITOA”, a predecessor of Reale World. |
| 2009 | Initiated a youth soccer club in Ito City, Shizuoka of Japan. |
| 2013 | Renamed the youth soccer club to FC Reale and officially registered to JFA. |
| 2013 | Initiated a youth soccer club FC Reale Nepal in Madhyapur Thimi of Nepal. |
| 2018 | Construction of the fence project and the completion of the FC Reale field in Nepal. |
| 2019 | The first “REALE CUP,” a youth football tournament in Japan themed on “Passion and Social Contribution,” was successfully held. |
| 2019 | The first “REALE CUP,” a youth football league in Nepal was successfully held. |
| 2025 | FC REALE ILAM (NEPAL) launched in a village in eastern Nepal. |
